Parisian Blue Dot Earrings

Here’s an addition to my simply timeless dot series. Dot earrings are made by sifting crushed glass onto a dapped disc of fine silver. Once the surface is well coated I torch fire the disc to fuse the crushed glass to the silver creating an even surface. I repeat the process until the surface of the silver is well covered. Once I achieve a rich color I solder a post to the back of these simple earrings then I clean them to a shine.

Parisian blue dots are the perfect shade of navy reminding me of those lovely Parisian striped shirts we all own and love.
